If you would like to volunteer to work during SPI BikeFest, here is some information you need to know.

There are over 500 volunteers that work during the 4 days of BikeFest. Many are from Rio Grande Valley non-profit organizations, some are community volunteers and the rest are bikers that attend the rally that just want to help in our cause.

SPI BikeFest, Inc. is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization created to promote a positive image of motorcycling and motorcyclists and to raise money for other Rio Grande Valley non-profit organizations.

If you volunteer, you are expected to:

• Work a minimum of a 6-hour shift. (due to the enjoyment most people experience, many people will sign up for multiple shift)
• Report in to the Volunteer desk in the lobby 15 minutes prior to your shift.
• Remain at your post until relieved of your responsibility by another volunteer or the Staff Volunteer Coordinator.

• A big Thank You, praise and appreciation from SPI BikeFest!
• Volunteer t-shirt (while they last)
• Free admission to rally site for the days you are working.
• Work two 6-hour shifts in one day, you'll probably get some food.
• Work all day and you'll get tired as us...
